our software from certain countries. These countries either have banking

history of fraudulent activity. The form also verifies your age and residence. |

Form' when I have been playing for real money already? |

or withdrawal without a 'Fax Back Form'. This is usually caused by some

more than one casino account, our systems will suspend the account and ask
